Sharefile Shared Folders Item Failed to Upload

From your description, you open the document with the Word 2016 application by clicking Edit in Give-and-take. Then later you edit it and click Save, the changes can't exist synced to SharePoint Online with the Upload Failed message.

Howdy Cliff,

I have tried all of those things. This problem only occurs for all users of this certificate and only in this document, except that I have renamed resaved the entire file nether a different file proper name and the mistake still occurs as if information technology is following me. Now we are having another event where a bulletin is constantly displayed saying "Your session expired please refresh" and it prevents us from doing annihilation with the certificate. All users are having this trouble. Thanks

I am sorry you have misunderstood me, the problem hasn't gone away. Sorry for the defoliation. The file I have uploaded still presents the error message "Your session has expired. Please refresh the page" every fourth dimension I open the file and it does not get away when I refresh

Sorry for my understanding.

Based on my test, it seems that there are some settings made on the file and it need to exist accessed with the Word 2016 application with the work and schoolhouse accounts.

I as well get the error letters in my surroundings, so I call up that the issue may be related to the file'due south settings. Given the state of affairs, I propose you lot copy the content of the file in Word Online directly by clicking Ctrl A and Ctrl 5 first and then create a new document in the same site library and paste the content in it past clicking Ctrl V to run into and let united states of america know the issue.
